Phil_Life (EP14. Rent a condo unit in the Philippines) 필리핀 콘도 임대

Good day! This is PhilLife ! In the Philippines, most foreigners, including Koreans, live in rented condos. Usually, starting with a one-year contract, you renew your contract or move to another unit. Based on Metro Manila, the latest rental fee is 10,000 to 30,000 pesos for studio types, 20,000 to 60,000 pesos for one-bedroom types, and 30,000 to 80,000 for two-bedroom types. That's the average range, and for luxury condos with high quality facilities or amenities, higher rents could be set. Areas like Makati, Bonifacio and Alavang, or new condos. In addition, even in Metro Manila, the penturban area may be cheaper than the amount mentioned. Today, I would like to briefly look at when renting a condo unit.    1. You know those who live in the Philippines, right? The hospital fee in the Philippines is expensive. I was sick and on my way to the hospital, I was worried about it. We went to St. Luke's Medical Center in BGC, not far from our place. It is a very famous hospital, but it was my first visit. Upon arrival, I registered, waite...

Phil_Life (EP13. Philippine Bank ; Withdraw deposit from Deceased Depositor) 필리핀 은행 ; 사망한 예금주의 예금 인출

Good day! This is PhilLife! Today, if your family dies in the Philippines, we will look at how to withdraw deposits from local banks. This is based on the experience of my family's death in the Philippines a few years ago and withdrawing from the bank. And I would like to say please check with the bank for accurate and detailed information and proceed. First, under law in the Philippines, deposits of deceased depositor must be applied within one year of the date of his/her death and 6% withholding tax will be deducted from the deposit and returned. If you are currently in Korea, rather than coming to the Philippines to check and process, it would be more convenient to contact or communicate with the bank by phone or e-mail first. There are some documents you need to prepare from Korea, and I think it would be faster to come to the Philippines after everything is ready, such as checking the requested documents with the bank in advance through e-mail. If you are here in the Phili...
